Frame Sets

Here are some recommended pairings for the frame you have in mind for some of Miss Maycee's photos. These six are all available 4x6 landscape (as shown). I added some mattes to sort of give you an idea of how they would look grouped in your frame that you have, sorry I didn't put butterflies on the matte, I have time, not that kind of time! I toned down the color on the daffodil picture so the vibrant yellow wouldn't clash with the pinks of your frame, matte, and room. In both of them I flipped the lowest picture horizontally to make the collection look balanced. I like the "pinkey" set at left but wanted to give you six to choose from so you could mix and match if you wanted.

A Walk in the Flowers

Maycee, mom, and me had a fun hour at Franklin Park Conservatory. This was my first time shooting midday without a whole lot of cover to hide in. Maycee was a super model and handled it with flare. We started in the side courtyard I took a lot Ella's photos in.

Maycee was very intrigued by being out in a new place and without a big brother and big sister. The brickwork, the stairs, mama. . .all more interesting, all requiring her full and serious attention.

Still so very serious, why do I always bring out the serious in the babies? She's still cute. Maybe a change of locaiton?

Mom and I had no idea what was in bloom at the Park today. Near the courtyard was a gorgeous magnolia tree, pinky and perfect! Of course to get the tree as a backdrop, Maycee's momma had to hold her up in the air and give her lots of kisses in between her arm breaks.

Not perfection, but a fun experiment, and some cute smiles. And mama got her weight training in for the day.

A few steps away, the daffodils were bursting with color. Okay, they didn't match her outfit, mother nature didn't get the memo. Maycee was such an angel. She just sat there on her blanket while I crawled all over the ground trying different angles and light, trying desperately to get her to look or maybe. . .just maybe crack a smile.

Oh, caught one! I think this last in the series is one of my favorites. Look at those chubba cheeks!

With 3 different locations under her pink super model belt, we thought we'd pop inside just to see what she had left in the tank. Tired babies and trains seem to be a soothing combination. Is that the beginning of a smile, there's hope yet!

Even her head is a bit chubba in profile, I love her little nose profile! What a cutie!

Don't look at me like that Maycee! Look at momma! She's dancing goofy, really really goofy. . .in public!

Time for another momma arm workout! Come on kiddo, just a few smiles?

thanks maycee, that's all we were asking for. hope you like them momma.

Lost in Daffodils

Mama has been very patient for a sneak peek. Sorry Josh had to go an yak and put us in the hospital 6 hours after these were taken. Getting back in the groove, proofs by week end, hopefully.

Don't Let Me Near Your Blog

Need a new Blog Header? Be careful asking me to do it, especially when I've spent a week in the hospital watching Care Bears 24 hours a day, and the source of my inspiration was an e-card you sent out last year of your family's heads mocked onto dancing elves. Oh and the crayon work, that's all me, 30+ years of skills there people. Or you know, you may want to give me some guidelines, like a "nice" header not an "Elmo's World gone astray" header, or simply: please don't use crayons and paste my family's heads onto your own drawings. Your laughing, you just don't want to admit it. I'll make them another one later, and stop it, I won't just replace the heads, I'll make them an all new one, I promise.

See it on their blog here. Friends let friends make them bizarre headers and actually post it to their blog.
