Today's assignment was to take a picture of your sky. Most of the day was a blue sky with a hazy whitewash. In late afternoon the clouds actually had a bit of form to them and then the planes started adding their mark to the sky.
That is my sky, we live on the approach path to the airport, we see a lot of planes.
As suggested by the course teacher, I converted the photo to black and white. I liked it in color, the sky was a lovely blue shade, but when flipped to B&W there was all this texture you couldn't see before in the clouds and the contrail popped more than in color.
